New Smart IVR

Simple, user friendly and in the language of your choice, here’s what the new and improved 111 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system can do for you round-the-clock: 

 
  • Smart menu: when dialing 111, you will be guided to the most appropriate menu depending on your line profile and status; in addition you will hear the announcements strictly related to your line. 
     
  • Self-service: activate and deactivate services, retrieve your PUK code, suspend or reconnect your line, stop your card as lost, etc. to list a few.
     
  • 111 & 113 integration: the 113 IVR, previously dedicated for roamers calling from abroad, has merged with 111 which is now capable of taking international calls.  
     
  • Managing other mobile numbers:  if you have the 4-digit password, you can manage another mobile number account.
