Smart is the prepaid line for you to keep consumption in check.
 
You can recharge once a month with the monthly recharge voucher and if you are short on credit during the 30 days, you can recharge, at will, using the SOS voucher with a credit equivalent to 10 minutes without validity extension. 

The below table summarizes all the stages of your Smart line:

Steps for recharging and checking your account:

  • To recharge your card or to get useful information on your line’s services, recharge options and new offers: Dial 1344.
  • To recharge: Dial *200*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (14-digit secret code)# and press "OK" (free of charge).
  • To view the last 3 activities: Dial *210# and press "OK" (free of charge).
  • To check the account balance and validity: Dial *220# and press "OK" (free of charge).
  • To check your current profile's plan: Send "prof" or "profile" to 1144 (free of charge).

Need to Know

You can switch between prepaid plans (Start, Smart, Super and magic) during the line’s active and grace period (only applies for magic) for free.
Simply text “Start”, “Smart”, “Super” or “magic” to 1144 to do so. This enables you to benefit from the rates of the plan you are switching to.

Note however, that any remaining credit, validity or activated services will not be transferred to the new plan.
