Preamble:
This service will allow you to participate in the free electronic reservation of the postpaid 'touch' and/or prepaid 'magic' numbers of the mobile network no.2.
You will be able to select the mobile number among the set of listed numbers, according to the Terms and Conditions available under “Get a Reservation Code” section and to specific instructions that appear on touch website related to this service.
You must read very carefully the following instructions and provisions in order to achieve a complete and successful registration process.
Also you must be acquainted with the subscription procedure and ensure having the required documents when you attend to any of the company service centers for the retrieval of the reserved number.
I. Selection mechanism and confirmation of the reservation:
1.You will start by selecting the type: ‘Postpaid’ or ‘prepaid’ & then select the mobile number from the set of numbers listed under the 'Book Your Number’ section on touch website (you are allowed to reserve one mobile number during the 3 calendar days from your last number reservation).
2.You must enter the reservation code which was received by SMS once you have successfully completed the registration process on touch website page related to this service. In case you forget the reservation code, you can submit a request to receive it again by SMS under ‘Forgot Reservation Code?’
3. Once the information entry is complete, click 'Reserve', a success notice of the reservation will be displayed accordingly with the following:
a. The full name of the subscriber.
b. The reserved number, its type and its price.
c. The ID number of the subscriber
d. The current mobile number of the subscriber
You are requested to click on 'print reservation form', print the form & bring it along with the required documents mentioned below II.1.a.
II. Retrieving the reserved mobile number:
1.The subscriber must attend at the company’s head quarter offices or to any of its regional customer service centers within a maximum period of three (3) calendar days starting the date of the registration in order to complete the following procedures:
a. Submit to the company all the required documents: the reservation form + original ID + $50 or $100 cash deposit or a Bank Direct Deposit from the subscriber’s bank (applies for touch postpaid subscribers) and sign the subscription contract.
b. Settle the line connection fee (amounting to 55 USD VAT inclusive to a postpaid 'touch' line or 25 USD VAT inclusive for a prepaid 'magic' line).
2.The Company shall remit to the subscriber the SIM card pertaining to the number subscribed, a copy of the subscription contract and a receipt of the settled amounts.
III.Liability:
The subscriber will solely bear the responsibility and the consequences of:
-The failure in following the reservation instructions set by the Company under the 'Book Your Number' service on touch website.
-Any malfunctioning of whatsoever nature that might occur on the communication system on the internet and/or on the Company's site during or while the completion of the reservation or any other malfunctioning or failure that might obstruct the visitor, for any reason, from participating or completing the reservation of the selected number.
-Erroneous information or incompleteness of the requisite information and documents required in the registration form of the site within the time frame set or the submission of false documents or information, or the submission of totally or partially destroyed documents.
-Participating in the electronic reservation service for purposes other than of good faith.
-Not attending to the company within the time frame set in part (II .1) for whatsoever reason in order to settle the connection fee.
If any of the above mentioned occurs the subscriber will immediately and automatically lose his /her right to the mobile line.
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the results of the reservation and will not be
deemed having used its rights arbitrarily.
