Touch and Zain reject any insinuation that they acted improperly about the relocation of touch headquarters to the Kassabian building. Touch submitted to the Ministry of Telecom of Lebanon (MOT) an extensive report on 7 October 2015 regarding this matter. This report outlines MOT’s directives to proceed with the rental of the Kassabian building in 2012 and to terminate the rental agreement in 2014 and 2015.
