- Activation of National Roaming: To ensure seamless connectivity, national roaming for both voice and data services has been activated in the governorates of South Lebanon, Nabatiyeh, North Lebanon, Mount Lebanon, and the Bekaa Valley. By expanding network coverage, this measure ensures that subscribers in rural and remote areas remain connected. Technical teams are working continuously to integrate additional sites and equip them with local roaming capabilities.
- Support for the Education Sector: To uphold the right to education under any circumstances, touch has launched a free 20GB data bundle specifically for remote learning. This package provides students and educators with free, dedicated access to Microsoft Teams and the "Madristi" platform, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, without depleting their primary data allowances.
