Karim Salim Salaam is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of touch, bringing more than 20 years of telecom experience focused on innovation, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. His career spans the full breadth of the industry, from frontline operations to executive decision-making, positioning him as a key driver of the company’s transformation.
In senior leadership roles, he led Digital and Electronic Sales Channels, launching touch’s digital financial services while ensuring strict regulatory compliance in close coordination with financial institutions and regulators. Earlier, as head of the B2B Unit, he managed corporate and VIP accounts, identified market opportunities, evaluated partnerships, and introduced new products and services for the business sector.
His progression within touch reflects a deep, hands-on understanding of the organization, including leadership roles in distribution channel management and customer service.
