Beirut, August 18, 2025: touch has launched Vanity Numbers booking service offered exclusively through its website www.touch.com.lb and mobile app, in an effort to give customers easy access to its services, and to strengthen its leading position in innovating various digital services,. This service is available to its customers and anyone interested in purchasing a vanity number.

 

Touch vanity numbers are available in seven categories at the following prices (excluding VAT):

• Platinum: Subject to public auction (starting price determined by number)

• Diamond A: $15,000

• Diamond B: $7,500

• Gold: $1,000

• Silver: $500

• Bronze: $300 (plus $7 if the line is prepaid)

• Chrome: $150 (plus $7 if the line is prepaid)

 

According to touch guidelines, any user can book a maximum of two vanity numbers every six months and own a maximum of five numbers, with no more than two numbers from each category. Upon selecting and reserving a number, customer will receive a confirmation SMS, and has seven days to personally purchase the number, otherwise his/her reservation will be cancelled. If the reserved number is not claimed within the valid period, the customer will not be able to book any other number for a period of six months. Ownership of a vanity number cannot be transferred during the first year of its issuance. After one year, a postpaid vanity number can be transferred for a fee of 10% of the original price of the number.

 

Touch issues new vanity numbers on a weekly basis, subject to availability. In case of any special requests, such as a number code that matches a different code, customers are advised to contact the Ministry of Telecommunications.

 

Touch revealed that it will soon launch E-auction feature for vanity numbers, giving customers the opportunity to bid on a range of vanity numbers across all categories.
