touch launched the Tawasol Line in order to enhance communication among the displaced Syrians residing in Lebanon and to bridge the communications gap between them and their families at home. The Tawasol line is a tailor-made prepaid line offered at a discounted price. In fact, this launch was part of touch’s commitment to its CSR Platform “Positive touch”, in which it supports humanitarian causes by offering innovative products and services. These allow all classes and segments of society to communicate spontaneously and as they aspire, thus adding real value to touch’s customer base.
While commenting on this award, touch’s Chief - Executive Leadership team Peter Kaliaropoulos, said, “we are delighted to receive this honorary award, especially since it heightens our responsibility to continue to deliver, with the same momentum, these innovative services that allow for the development of society, and that also contribute to the support of humanitarian and social issues."
It’s worth mentioning that touch also came in 2nd place for its 4G campaign which was recognized as the only highly commended campaign during the award ceremony despite the fierce regional competition.
