Touch praises Minister of Telecommunications Charles Hajj's visit

Beirut, May 22, 2025: Following yesterday's visit of Minister of Telecommunications Charles Hajj to touch's offices, Chairman and CEO, Dr. Salem Itani, commended the Minister's visit that had several objectives.

 
touch employees greatly appreciated this visit, particularly as it provided them with the opportunity to discuss various issues with the minister related to the development of the telecommunications sector, as well as his ideas for developing human capital. They highly praised his appreciation for them and for all their efforts upon which they ensured the smooth running of the sector during the most difficult circumstances Lebanon has witnessed in recent years.
 
Minister Hajj began his visit to touch's offices with a meeting with the company's management, during which they discussed the company's business results for the first quarter of this year. Minister Hajj gave also general directives to ensure the company's full readiness to meet the needs of visitors to the country during the promising summer season, including Lebanese expatriates and foreign tourists. The directives focused on several key areas:
• Improving network and telecommunications performance
• Providing the best offers and products that meet visitors' needs
• Providing the best customer service, whether through touch service centers and direct contact points spread across all regions, or through digital media and social media channels.
 
Minister Al-Hajj also toured several departments including the Network Operations Center, the Security Incident Management Center and the Customer Service Center. The visit also included a meeting with a number of senior company employees. The Minister concluded the visit by urging employees to intensify their efforts in preparation for a promising summer expected to be the best in decades.
