Beirut on July 27, 2022: alfa and touch mobile companies stated that their subscribers can obtain all products and subscribe to their services services at the official prices that entered into force on the first of July.

 

The two operators pointed out that the prices of telecommunications, cellular data, and all other services are available on their websites and mobile applications, in addition to constantly updating the price of Sayrafa exchange platform as determined by the Central Bank.

 

The two operators remind the subscribers that they can go to their customer service centers, certified outlets and their points of presence at Ogero centrals in various regions to complete the transactions related to their mobile lines at the official rates. Touch and alfa draw the attention of customers to be aware of some shops, that impose unofficial prices and do not adopt the basic rule that is based on calculating the price according to Sayrafa exchange rate platform, and accordingly the two operators invite their customers to review and check the official prices before any operation.
