Touch honoured as the Best Customer Service Provider at the Teknotel Awards Ceremony
Beirut – October 25, 2016: touch, the leading mobile telecommunications and data operator, managed by Zain, was granted the Teknotel award for the Best Customer Service offered by a telecom operator in the Middle East. The award was received by the Chief Corporate Management Officer at touch Rula Abu Daher who attended the award ceremony at the Nassima Royal Hotel in Dubai on behalf of the company. The event that took place on October 18th was attended by telecom experts and leaders from across the Middle East.
This prestigious award stands as a significant recognition of touch’s effort to be the most recognized telecom operator and partner for the Lebanese community. Selected among multiple nominees, touch stood out in terms of its human capital, bundle offerings and overall strategy, given its comprehensive approach to satisfying its customers.
