Beirut on July 11, 2022: Touch issued a clarification statement about the roaming problem that UAE mobile lines holders have been witnessing lately, confirming that the source of the problem exceeds touch network, however the company’s team was able to find a solution for some of the Emirates line holders to continue using roamig service while in Lebanon on the touch network in the majority of cases, after overcoming a number of technical obstacles.
touch indicated that, although it has nothing to do with this roaming problem, it has ensured to come up with solutions for some of the customers, while closely following up with all concerned parties, including mobile operators in the UAE and local concerned parties, to solve the problem and restore roaming service for all customers.
