Need to Know

Postpaid  
  • Residential SIM card price is $6 (excl. VAT and Stamp Duty); it can be purchased in LBP based on Sayrafa rate. Compatible only with touch 4G/4.5G routers.
  • To check your consumption, send “RPC” or “HSC” to 1180 (free of charge), log in to “my touch” or via touch self-care app.
  • Once the bundled MBs are consumed, you will not be able to browse until you renew the same plan or upgrade to another one (proration applies).
  • You can benefit from sending and receiving local/international SMS.
  • To change your residential plan, send RP1, RP2, RP3, RP4, RP5, RP6 or RP7 to 1188, log in to “my touch” or via touch self-care app. 
  • Unused MBs will not be carried over to the following month.
  • Residential plan can only be used locally.
  • Only residential plans can be activated on the residential line. If the residential plan gets deactivated the line will be terminated immediately. 
Prepaid
  • Residential SIM card price is $16 including $10 of credit (excl. VAT and Stamp Duty); it can be purchased in LBP based on Sayrafa rate. Compatible only with touch 4G/4.5G routers. 
  • To check your remaining MBs, send “RPC” or “HSC” to 1180 (free of charge), log in to “my touch” or via touch self-care app.
  • You can benefit from sending and receiving local/international SMS.
  • Upon initial activation of the residential SIM card, subscribe to one of the above offers within 30 days from activation to prevent card expiry.
  • Residential SIM will be valid for 6 months from the date of the most recent residential plan activation.
  • Residential plan will be valid for 1 month from subscription date.
  • The residential broadband service will be automatically deactivated once validity is reached or MBs are fully depleted.
  • To change to another plan, send RP1, RP2, RP3, RP4, RP5, RP6 or RP7 to 1188, log in to “my touch” or via touch self-care app.
  • Recharge your line through the following channels using prepaid vouchers (credits are added with no validity): 
    a. Pin Recharge.
    b. Third Party USSD Recharge.
    c. E-Recharge. 
    d. Post to Pre Recharge.
    e. Credit Transfer.  
  • Unused MBs will not be carried over to the following month.
  • Residential plan can only be used locally.
  • Only residential plans can be activated on the residential line.
