1. To subscribe to the 2 Days Voice bundle:
- Send “2DV” by SMS (free of charge) to 1188.
- Or download the touch self-care mobile app (go to My Services).
2. To check your remaining minutes and time of deactivation:
- Dial *230#.
- Or download the touch self-care mobile app (go to Current Balance).
3. When subscribed to the 2 Days Voice bundle, you can still activate any bundle or service simultaneously.
Active minute plans on the line will be consumed successively as follows:
- First the Web & Talk Preferred Minutes
- Followed by 2 Days Voice Bundle
- Followed by Web & Talk local minutes or Text & Talk minutes
4. The bundle is not auto-renewed: Once the validity period is reached, it will be automatically deactivated.
5. Bundled minutes are for local usage only. They exclude calling shortcodes, which will be deducted from your line credit balance.
